Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and standards. You will engage in discussions to understand project requirements, provide guidance to your team, and ensure that the development process aligns with the overall project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the application development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
