Job Summary:
- As an Application Lead, you will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. You will oversee the application development process, ensuring successful project delivery, while managing and guiding the team to achieve the desired outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the team.
- Collaborate and manage the team to ensure effective performance.
- Take responsibility for team decisions and provide leadership in problem-solving.
- Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions across projects.
- Lead the application development process to ensure effective and timely project delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-have Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes.
- Experience leading application development projects.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Experience in configuring ServiceNow applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
