As an Application Lead, you will oversee the application development process, ensuring successful project delivery while acting as the main point of contact. Your leadership will guide the team in designing, building, and configuring applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the application development process.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to enhance performance and achieve goals.
- Make key decisions impacting the team and project outcomes.
- Engage with multiple teams to provide input on critical decisions.
- Offer solutions to challenges faced by the team and across other teams.
- Lead the application development process from design to implementation.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope and timeline.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong understanding of IT operations management processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in designing and configuring applications.
- Knowledge of IT service management principles.
- Hands-on experience in leading application development projects.
Additional Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
