Job Description

Lead the design, development, and configuration of AI and automation applications, acting as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issues.
Manage the successful delivery of AI and machine learning projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Analyze user needs and develop technical solutions that meet business goals.
Oversee the full lifecycle of AI solution development including planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growth.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and implementation.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in automation advisory.
Influence and advise on team decisions and contribute to solutions that affect multiple teams.
Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in AI, automation, and software development methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills

Proficiency in Automation Advisory.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Experience in designing and developing applications using relevant programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
Experience implementing automation solutions and frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (good to have).
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (good to have).
Experience with DevOps practices and tools (good to have).
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices (good to have).

Additional Information

Minimum 15 years of experience in Automation Advisory.
Position based at Hyderabad office.
15 years of full-time education is required.
