Summary:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Collaborate and manage the team to ensure performance.
• Responsible for making team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems within their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the application development process.
• Ensure project success.
• Implement best practices for application design.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX).
• Strong understanding of database design and development.
• Experience in application configuration and customization.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Additional Information:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX) is required.
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
