As an Application Lead, your day revolves around steering the design, development, and configuration of applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You serve as the central liaison for all project-related communications, coordinating efforts across teams to meet project goals. Your role involves overseeing progress, addressing challenges proactively, and facilitating collaboration to deliver high-quality solutions that align with organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and manage expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Experience in managing application lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to transportation management systems.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in BlueYonder Transportation Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
