Summary:

As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for all project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the progress of application initiatives, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment, and guiding the team through complex challenges. The Application Lead ensures that project goals are met efficiently by managing resources, facilitating collaboration, and maintaining a clear focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve application processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience in managing application lifecycle and configuration within cloud-based environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
