Summary:

As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application solutions. The Application Lead actively monitors project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication to align technical objectives with business goals, ensuring that the applications meet the desired standards and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the allocation of resources and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate clear communication channels between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in configuring and integrating complex application systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
