The Application Lead actively guides the project lifecycle, addressing challenges and facilitating communication to maintain alignment with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to managing resources and timelines, ensuring that the application meets both functional and technical requirements effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to promote clarity and efficiency.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating project activities.
