Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:

As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. The Application Lead actively guides the project lifecycle, addressing challenges and facilitating communication to maintain alignment with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to managing resources and timelines, ensuring that the application meets both functional and technical requirements effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Oversee project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to promote clarity and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
  • Strong knowledge of application design and configuration within enterprise environments.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating project activities.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
