Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:

As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of application solutions. The Application Lead actively oversees project progress, addresses challenges, and facilitates communication to align objectives and expectations. Through strategic planning and hands-on involvement, the role ensures that applications meet business requirements and quality standards, fostering collaboration and driving project success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Facilitate clear communication channels between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve application processes to optimize performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Advanced Access Controls.
  • Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and security best practices within enterprise applications.
  • Experience in configuring and managing Oracle security modules to enforce compliance and governance.
  • Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective access control solutions.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application security and user access.
  • Familiarity with integration of Oracle Advanced Access Controls with other enterprise systems and databases.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Advanced Access Controls.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
