Description

We are seeking an experienced Application L2 Support professional with strong PL/SQL skills to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in application support, with a focus on troubleshooting and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 support for applications and troubleshoot issues reported by users.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve application defects and improve performance.
  • Monitor application performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in the deployment of application updates and enhancements.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation for critical issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for support processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in application support, preferably in a L2 role.
  • Proficient in PL/SQL and Oracle database technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL processes.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
