Teamware Solutions is seeking a visionary Application Integration Architect to design and oversee the integration strategies across our diverse application landscape. You'll be instrumental in developing robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions, facilitating seamless data flow and communication between critical enterprise systems, and driving architectural excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, design, and evangelize the application integration architecture strategy and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technology standards.
- Lead the selection, evaluation, and implementation of appropriate integration patterns and technologies (e.g., API Management, ESB, Message Queues, ETL, Microservices).
- Architect and oversee the development of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and event-driven architectures for inter-application communication.
- Ensure integration solutions adhere to best practices for security, scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, development teams, and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Evaluate new integration technologies and trends, recommending adoption where beneficial to the enterprise.
- Document integration architectures, designs, and standards, maintaining comprehensive architectural blueprints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Application Integration Architect or a senior architect specializing in enterprise integration.
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex application integration solutions across various technologies and platforms.
- Deep understanding of integration patterns (e.g., Publish-Subscribe, Request-Reply, Saga, Orchestration, Choreography) and their appropriate use cases.
- Strong expertise with API Management platforms (e.g., Apigee, Mulesoft, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway) and API design principles (REST, SOAP).
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) or integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, IBM Integration Bus).
- Proficiency with message queuing and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud integration services (e.g., AWS Integration, Azure Integration Services, GCP Integration).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to articulate complex architectural concepts.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with integration governance and lifecycle management.
- Certifications in relevant integration platforms or cloud architecture.
- Familiarity with data integration (ETL/ELT) tools and data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration solutions.
