Job Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for a reputed NBFC to drive new car loan disbursements in an assigned geography. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new dealers and sourcing partners, building strong relationships, and ensuring daily monitoring and tracking of sales targets. This role requires you to lead and manage a team of sales officers, motivate them to achieve performance metrics, and monitor market trends to provide valuable feedback.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Drive new car loan disbursements in the assigned geography.
  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new car dealers, DSAs, and sourcing partners, and build strong relationships with car dealerships.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers and Relationship Officers, motivating them to achieve performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure daily monitoring and tracking of sales targets, collections, and conversions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback on pricing, product features, and customer preferences to the product teams.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a sales manager role, preferably within an NBFC or Banking environment.
  • Strong skills in driving new car loan disbursements and building strong relationships with dealers and sourcing partners.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to monitor market trends and provide strategic feedback.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
