Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in designing and integration of internal and third party applications.
- 5 years of experience in managing, leading and mentoring engineers.
- Experience in Java programming.
- Experience in driving engineering and architecture strategies.
- Experience in supply chain domain and logistics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical ideas to the team and executive stakeholders.

- Manage an engineering team responsible for implementing various software products and designing and building internal applications that support internal business processes related to supply chain and engineering operations.
- Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision making within executive-level audiences.
- Partner with internal business teams in developing the systems goals and delivery road maps.
- Ensure your team is delivering with repeatable quality and predictability.
- Work with executive stakeholders to solve problems.
