Job Description
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years in field applications engineering, embedded AI/ML systems engineering, or technical customer support within semiconductors, AI hardware, or electronics.
- Prior experience in a player-coach or team lead capacity, with demonstrated ability to hire and develop technical talent.
- Track record of driving design-wins in the Indian market across one or more of the following sectors: smart cameras and surveillance, robotics, defence electronics, or industrial automation.
- Experience working with a global technology principal or semiconductor OEM on India-market distribution or co-branding arrangements is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on expertise deploying AI/ML models on edge inference hardware; working knowledge of model optimisation frameworks including ONNX, TensorFlow Lite, PyTorch, or OpenVINO.
- Solid understanding of SoC and ASIC architectures, memory hierarchies, and hardware accelerator design; experience with M.2 and PCIe form factor AI accelerators preferred.
- Proficiency in embedded Linux, BSP bring-up, and RTOS environments; familiarity with board schematic review and hardware debug. Experience with design validation phases and production bring-up of AI inference hardware in customer environments.
- Background in computer vision, video analytics, multi-stream inference, or vision-language model deployment is a strong plus.
