Application Engineer- Vision & AOI

We're looking for an experienced and innovative engineer to drive vision and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) projects across diverse manufacturing applications.

What You'll Do:

• Understand customer needs and translate them into effective AOI solutions
• Develop and implement vision systems including camera setup, lighting, and custom algorithms
• Integrate vision systems with automation platforms ensuring seamless data flow
• Optimize defect detection algorithms and inspection logic
• Troubleshoot and resolve vision system issues in real-time
• Analyze results and continuously improve inspection accuracy, speed, and reliability
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain system standards
• Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for successful project execution

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in vision system development (preferably AOI)
• Solid understanding of computer vision, image processing, and machine learning
• Skilled in debugging and resolving system-level issues efficiently
• Familiarity with vision tools and platforms is a plus
