Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on software development projects with engineering, sales, and customer services teams.
- Liaise with clients to incorporate user-defined needs and feedback into application designs.
- Write, install, maintain, and test code/scripts for applications.
- Provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot application issues.
- Optimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades.
- Contribute to sales presentations by demonstrating prototypes and completed applications.
- Perform diagnostic tests, debugging, and code improvements.
- Generate innovative software ideas based on market trends.
- Document development processes, procedures, and application version histories.
- Maintain excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
