Qualification: B.E. Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical
Experience: 2–5 years in Pharma Machinery Industries is a plus
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and qualify pharma machines.
- Attend service calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide feedback to NPD on customer needs and product opportunities.
- Conduct competitor product/service analysis.
- Support and guide sales teams in identifying opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer complaint register.
- Communicate with clients to understand technical service needs.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver high service standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in pharma machinery industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of installation & commissioning.
- Regional language proficiency (mandatory).
- 90% field job; willingness to travel extensively.
- Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
