Application Engineer – NX(Tooling & CAM)

Experience: 3+ years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Siemens NX for 3D CAD modeling, drafting, and tooling design.
• Knowledge of NX CAM for CNC programming, toolpath generation, and machining processes.
• Understanding of tool design, manufacturing processes, and machining practices.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, and machining parameters.
• Experience in handling customer queries and providing technical software support.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing principles.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers using Siemens NX CAD/CAM.
• Support customers in tooling design, machining, and CAM-related requirements.
• Troubleshoot software-related issues and guide customers on best practices.
• Assist customers with NX CAM programming, toolpath creation, and machining workflows.
• Conduct NX CAD/CAM product training and demonstrations.
• Assist with software implementation, deployment, and customer onboarding.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Travel to customer locations for technical support, training, demonstrations, and implementation.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations as per business requirements.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
