Job Details:

Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications and respond to alerts.
• Reproduce and triage application and agent issues.
• Inspect logs, traces, agent executions and Snowflake workloads to isolate failures.
• Resolve standard incidents and execute documented fixes.
• Manage tickets, severity, ownership and escalation.
• Build and maintain operational runbooks and troubleshooting guides.
• Support routine deployments, configuration changes, prompt changes and application fixes.
• Track recurring incidents and identify candidates for automation or permanent engineering fixes.
• Produce simple operational metrics around incidents, resolution times and repeat issues.

Core Skills:

• Snowflake operations and strong SQL and DevOps/SRE
• Basic Python and API troubleshooting.
• Application support / production operations experience.
• Familiarity with GenAI applications, agents, prompts and RAG.
• Monitoring and observability tools.
• Jira, ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Git and basic CI/CD.
• Exposure to Langfuse, LangSmith or other AI observability tools is useful, but not essential.
