Responsibilities

  • Support customers by effectively using Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and reproduce customer issues.
  • Communicate customer requirements and feedback to marketing and R&D teams.
  • Provide clear technical communication via email and phone.
  • Create and publish knowledge base articles.
  • Deliver remote or onsite customer training.
  • Stay updated on assigned products and technologies.
  • Multitask and support multiple customers independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in application engineering (Component Test, RF/Microwave, RF Systems, RFIC).
  • Hands on experience with Vector Network Analyzer solutions.
  • Strong understanding of RF measurements (s-parameters, smith chart, impedance, return loss, VSWR, gain/loss, group delay, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of RF/microwave devices, systems, and test setups.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Python, LabView, .NET, Keysight VEE, C#, C++, or ATE systems.

Preferred

  • Experience with LCR meters, impedance analyzers, noise figure analyzers, phase noise, power meters, and RF test accessories.
  • RF/microwave background in component and system testing.
  • Materials measurement experience is a plus.
  • Night Shift (supporting USA based customers remotely from Bangalore, India)
