Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers on semiconductor products, MCU, Analog and Power solutions.
Support customers during product design and development, including product selection and application.
Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with customers and suppliers to identify suitable solutions.
Liaise with suppliers technical teams on product enquiries, technical issues and application support.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, seminars and training for customers.
Support new projects and applications by providing technical recommendations and solutions.
Prepare technical reports and documentation where required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Min 1 years of relevant experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
Knowledge or hands-on experience with MCU, Analog and/or Power products.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers.
