Job Description
We are seeking an Application Engineer with hands-on exposure to general Test & Measurement instruments to support customers with measurement setup, debugging, and application guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers using Test & Measurement instruments such as DSOs, DMMs, Power Supplies, LCR Meters, Frequency Counters, VNAs, and related tools.
- Apply practical knowledge of oscilloscopes and probes (passive, active, differential), including probing techniques and bandwidth considerations.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and reproduce customer issues independently.
- Provide technical support via email, phone and remote sessions
- Create and publish knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
- Deliver customer training, demos, and application support.
- Communicate customer feedback to Marketing and R&D teams.
- Manage multiple customer cases and stay updated on assigned products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Test & Measurement, electronics labs, or application/support roles.
- Hands-on exposure to oscilloscopes, waveform generators, frequency counters, and general lab instruments and software licenses.
- Basic familiarity with SCPI-based automation (Python / MATLAB / LabVIEW preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in the US time zone (night shift in India).
