Provide technical support and application engineering expertise for smart building, fire safety, and facilities management solutions.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products, systems, and engineering solutions.
Conduct technical evaluations, simulations (FEA/CFD), and feasibility studies to support product applications and project requirements.
Prepare technical proposals, specifications, drawings, reports, and application documentation.
Support product installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Work closely with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Assist in project planning, costing, scheduling, and technical presentations.
Conduct site visits, inspections, testing, and audits as required.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Provide technical training and after-sales support to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply comprehensive training will be provided.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with CAD, FEA, CFD, or similar engineering software is advantageous.
Willingness to travel to customer and project sites when required.
