Application Engineer - Customer Success

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the deployment and integration of our software solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of our applications.

Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, conduct productivity enhancement workshop, get customers certified under the SOLIDWORKS certification programme, Training and Technical Support on SOLIDWORKS  gather feedback, and recommend enhancements or additional services to drive customer satisfaction and success.

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a technical support or application engineering role, with a strong understanding of software development and deployment.
3. Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to our applications.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
