Brief Job Description:
The Oracle EBS and Apex Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Extensions and Integrations within the Oracle EBS environment as well as Web Applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). As an integral member of the development team, he will contribute to the creation of cutting-edge solutions that meet the users business needs. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Oracle APEX as well as Oracle EBS technologies, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. .
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and end-users, to gather requirements and define application specifications.
- Design and develop scalable and efficient web applications using Oracle APEX, adhering to best practices, and coding standards.
- Develop and customize Oracle EBS applications, reports, and interfaces using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other relevant technologies.
- Implement data models, database objects, and SQL queries to support application functionality and performance.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Oracle EBS functional consultants and developers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them in problem-solving and enhancing their skills.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging Oracle APEX features, incorporating them into application development where applicable.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
Required/ Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency with data analysis, data visualization and reporting tools
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and specifically Microsoft Excel
- Very good knowledge of modern database systems and the related best practices
- Proficiency with SQL and experience at optimizing large, complicated SQL statements
- Knowledge of the JSON notation and capable of creating or reviewing JSON documents
- Understanding of the concepts, data models, architectures and interfaces of business applications such as, for example, ERP and/or CRM systems
- Consulting approach, ability on understanding internal customer needs
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction including providing regular status on assigned activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented and metric-intense environment
- Familiarity with process design, design thinking, process re-engineering, lean and/or value stream mapping principles
- Project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience developing with Oracle EBS and APEX
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- International experience
- Experience in an international System Integrator company is a plus
