Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master s degree in MECHATRONICS including FBD, Ladder Logic Sequential Function chart, Perl Shells Scripting. (completed and verified prior to start)
- 3-5 years of experience providing technical support to customers intechnical and/or application engineering rolein a private, public, government, or military environment
- Data driven/ tech savvy.
- Proven experience in presenting himself/company in external conferences/Events
- Demonstrate lab to field /scale up experience for multiple products in his tenure
- To provideDesign Engineeringin the development of various programs
- To support prototyping and sampling till scale-up of new programs
- To provide in-plant application training support to Customers
- To obtain prototype approvals and tooled up Sample approvals during Program Development from Customers
- Trainsales & marketing team on various products and their applications
- To evaluate andaudit performanceof products as per Customer Specific Requirements
- To provide, generate and maintainTS16949 / QMSdocumentation
- To provide a timely and optimally elaborate response and corrective action plan to Customer Complaints
- To continuously pursue 3M Six-Sigma methodology in various work practices
- Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or other engineering field (completed and verified prior to start)
