Your role and responsibilities
- As a Application Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support. You will create software that enables your clients hybrid-cloud and AI journeys
- Your primary responsibilities include:
- Analyze and develop Mainframe z/OS applications using PLI/JCL/DB2/CICS, MQ, CICS Web services. Design, develop and maintain mainframe Pl1/CICS/Db2 applications.
- Participate in maintenance and On-call/on-duty as per the requirement of the Squad.
- Create documentation and procedures for maintenance.
- Build and maintain relationships with various squads and third parties on software development or support issues.
- Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to standards and processes.
- Interface with business and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them to formal technical requirements and application code.
