Application Developers!
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project needs and identify solutions.
- Participate actively in the development process to ensure applications meet user expectations and business goals.
- Assist in testing and refining applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Support the team by building knowledge and contributing to problem-solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting application requirements and specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Japanese language is mandatory.
- Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and development methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
