Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance SAP CRM Web UI applications using ABAP CRM skills (mandatory)
- Customize CRM Web UI layouts using the UI Configuration Tool
- Implement and support enhancements in UI Framework and One Order Framework
- Strong hands-on experience with Web Interaction Centre and the latest Web UI functionalities
- Work with Web Services integration and understand their role within CRM
- Utilize Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) for development and customization
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution design
- Prepare for face-to-face interviews at the IBM location as per account request
- Ensure Day 1 reporting and timely onboarding post-offer acceptance (RTH-Y)
