We are seeking an RPA / Power Automate Consultant to engage with business and client stakeholders, assess requirements, and implement automated reconciliation processes using Power Automate. The role involves designing and testing workflows, ensuring business processes are effectively automated, and integrating modules developed by junior developers into end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with business and client stakeholders to assess requirements for reconciliation and automation processes.
- Design, configure, and implement matching rule prototypes within Power Automate workflows.
- Assess business processes rigorously to determine automation feasibility.
- Design and implement test strategies for integrated workflows and validate that requirements are met.
- Build and test Power Automate workflows, with strong knowledge of Assets, Queues, and related activities.
- Conduct playbacks, demos, and UAT sessions independently with client teams.
- Integrate modules developed by junior developers into the overall automated solution.
- Define and implement configurable items within workflows for reuse across solutions.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Strong experience in Power Automate / RPA technologies and understanding of upcoming trends in automation.
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and test automated processes.
- Strong knowledge of Assets, Queues, and workflow-related activities.
- Good communication skills to run demos, playbacks, and UAT sessions independently with clients.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated solutions, mapping multiple processes and modules to overall solutions.
- Ability to integrate modules developed by junior developers into the final workflow solution.
- Experience in defining and implementing key configurable workflow items for scalable automation solutions.
