Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Feature Development: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications and enterprise solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and implement solutions per defined SLAs.
Continuous Learning and Technology Integration: Stay up-to-date with emerging web and Java technologies and incorporate them into feature development.
Problem-Solving and Optimization: Analyze existing systems, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements for performance and scalability.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

3–5 years of experience in software/application development
Strong expertise in Java (Java 8 or higher) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets)
Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC) and Hibernate
Proficiency in OOP concepts, Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading, and Memory Management
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML
