Your Role
We are looking for experienced
ServiceNow Developer (HRSD) with 4+ years of expertise, including hands-on implementation of HRSD modules like Case Management, Employee Service Centre, and Lifecycle Events
for Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Pune location.
- 4 years of experience with ServiceNow, including at least 2 years in HRSD module implementation.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules including HR Case Management, Employee Service Centre, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain HR workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance within the HRSD platform.
Your Profile
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of the HRSD environment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow scripting.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD (preferred).
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures
