Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the applications are tailored effectively, continuously refining and enhancing the systems to support evolving business objectives. The workday is dynamic, balancing technical development with problem-solving and coordination to deliver reliable and efficient applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their development tasks.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Recruiting modules to align with business needs.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between Workday and other enterprise systems.
• Skilled in collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
