As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting solutions to meet dynamic business environments, fostering collaboration across various teams to deliver effective and efficient application solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of application features to enhance business operations.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
• Experience in designing and optimizing graph database models to support complex data relationships.
• Ability to integrate Neo4j with various application frameworks and data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve application issues related to graph databases.
• Familiarity with query languages and performance tuning specific to Neo4j environments.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Neo4j.
• This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
