Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation.
• Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
• Experience in customizing and integrating compensation modules to align with business policies.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with testing and validation techniques to ensure application quality and performance.
