Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces using component-based frameworks.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript programming.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
