Summary:

As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are efficient, scalable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translates them into functional software solutions, while also maintaining and enhancing existing applications to improve performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with data engineering and pipeline development within cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks.
• Ability to optimize and troubleshoot complex data workflows and application performance.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline application deployment and maintenance.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
