Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document application designs, configurations, and changes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in application development tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues effectively.
- Ability to work with business process workflows and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
