You will also participate in discussions to refine application features and address any challenges that arise during the development process, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration processes and data management.
