Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Must have skills : Cobol Mainframe

Good to have skills : Job Control Language (JCL)

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Role Description:

Provide L1 and L2 support in performing TRACS JCL/COBOL/TWS batch monitoring and execution in test environments.

Project operates in 18x7 support including weekends.

Provide technical support for issue resolution and batch abends.

Create and maintain required trackers and status reports.

Technical Responsibilities:

Provide L1& L2 support in performing TRACS JCL/COBOL/TWS batch monitoring and execution in test environments.

Ability to identify & resolve job abends and perform root cause analysis.

Maintain job abend and status trackers.

Provide regular status updates and prepare all required status reports/trackers.

Analyse & manage batch related issues to resolution & closure.

Technical Skills:

Good knowledge on JCL, COBOL, VSAM.

Job abend analysis, FileAid.

Good to have skills: TWS, 15 years full time education
