Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to refine project objectives and contribute to the overall success of the development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language (N3++).
• Must To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
• Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
• Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques.
• Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization techniques and SQLs.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.
