As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous interaction with various stakeholders to understand evolving needs and translate them into functional solutions. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting applications to support operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of applications is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other business systems.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
