Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EAM
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise environments.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system stability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Familiarity with integration of SAP Plant Maintenance modules with other enterprise systems.
• Skilled in documenting technical specifications and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
