As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
• Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements to optimize functionality.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM Security.
• Strong knowledge of access control frameworks and security protocols within Workday environments.
• Experience in configuring and managing user roles, permissions, and security groups to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues effectively within Workday applications.
• Familiarity with integration of security features across various modules to support seamless business operations.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday HCM Security.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
