Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to support continuous learning and development among team members.
• Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to foster their growth and integration within the team.
