Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application features with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Learning.
• Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Learning modules to meet organizational needs.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and business process integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
