Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of applications with existing systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data models within Snowflake environments.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes related to Snowflake.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data warehouse issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and best practices for data security and governance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
