Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document application configurations and development processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
• Experience in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards within Workday environments.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data integration and transformation techniques relevant to Workday reporting.
• Ability to optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
