You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering reliable and efficient application solutions that support operational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document application designs, configurations, and changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis.
• Strong understanding of application design and development principles.
• Experience in configuring and customizing packaged applications to meet business needs.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices.
